Well this is the start of much more regular blogging from now on. No excuses for not having been more focused and consistent in the past just a promise that things will be better from now on.

So what has happened since the last blog post (11 months ago) well a lot really and far too much to put into one blog post without you getting bored half way through, so instead, we’ll start fresh and talk about what’s happened in 2012 so far.

Dubnine

Released latest single ‘Perfect World’ via the usual outlets (CD Baby, iTunes, Bandcamp etc..). the single is a collaboration with Andrea Milana of Exotique Records who dubnine met while working in Malta producing and running vocal workshops.

Here’s the single and 2 other versions - let us know what you think.

We also had a music video made by AmritPal Sembhi which we think is one of our best yet.

Dubnine is currently working on completing his album which we hope to put out for release by the end of the year..we’ll keep you posted.

Ska Tonight

We’ve been writing backing tracks for this ska duo to perform with for almost 5 years now and now we’re very pleased to say they’re in the studio recording their first original single ‘Babylon Bed n Breakfast’ it’s sounding great and we can’t wait to play it out for you so keep you eyes and ears on this blog and the dubtransmissions site.

In development

Kate Wimbush has written and recorded some great songs and her first single is due for release this summer which we’re very excited about.

As you may have noticed there’s not been a lot of action on the web in the Dubtransmissions world for a while now. In fact the last blog post was back in November.

What’s happened? i hear you cry, have they stopped making music?

Of course not, as always we’ve been incredibly busy behind the scenes working with a number of artists new and old. We’re very excited about the noises coming out of the studio and can’t wait to share them with you.

Dubnine has a new single coming out very soon and a video to accompany it created by none other than Mark Bhatti who made this fantastic video for dubnine’s last single ‘Spin’ featuring Niomy.

3 New Artists are working hard in the studio with dubnine and producing some great tracks. We’ll be revealing all as part of a big re launch of the label.

We’re coming back and we’re coming back large.
